Q3: How do l change or cancel my order?

Kindly be aware that once an order has been packed and dispatched, it is not possible to cancel it. We want to inform you that if you decide to cancel an order after it has been placed, there will be a cancellation fee of USD 0.50 applied, regardless of when the cancellation is requested—even if it's within seconds of placing the order. This fee is necessary due to charges imposed on us by the merchant processor/credit card for processing cancellations. Your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated.
