Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The pu leather material of our cushion offers superior softness and comfort compared to the original cushion, providing a better fit for your face. After use, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth for easy maintenance.

The ice silk cushion offers a more comfortable and cooler experience compared to leather cushions, making it ideal for intense gaming sessions. It effectively absorbs sweat, preventing it from dripping into your eyes.

Care Instructions:After use, it can be gently washed with soapy water until thoroughly rinsed. Avoid vigorous scrubbing to prevent pilling of the fabric surface.

Attach the face pad securely to both outer sides, allowing enough space to comfortably accommodate your glasses.

FAQ

Due to the width of our forehead area, it may come into contact with the BoboVR halo strap, potentially causing some obstruction. However, some users have reported no issues.

It works without the silicone nose pad, but not with it. Our nose pads are detachable, so you’ll need to remove it for charging, which may be slightly inconvenient.

Yes, it is compatible with the Meta case.

The bracket maintains the original design's distance for familiar positioning. If you want a wider field of view (FOV), you can easily adjust the bracket closer to the lens. Our soft leather pad adds flexibility, allowing you to customize the fit for optimal viewing.

To clean the ice silk cotton face pad for the Quest 3 interface, we recommend rinsing it with mild soap or detergent. Gently massage the pad and rinse thoroughly, then allow it to air dry completely before reinstalling it on the Quest 3 interface. Avoid vigorous cleaning to prevent pilling of the cotton surface.
