In some cases, the specific lens shape may also affect how securely the insert fits. If you receive your lenses and find that the insert is loose or does not install securely, please contact us. We’ll be happy to assist you with an appropriate after-sales solution.

No. The NL2 uses a precision-fitted lens frame designed to maintain a physical gap between the prescription lenses and the Steam Frame's native optics, helping prevent direct contact and reducing the risk of scratches.
