Shipping Rates and Services
AMVR offers free shipping on orders over $10, while orders under $10 incur a $5.99 shipping fee. We provide fast and reliable delivery services worldwide.
Note: Due to logistical reasons, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries and regions:

Taxes & Duties
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
For EU customers (except for Norway, and some island areas), we will charge VAT to customers in the European Union (EU) at checkout, so that customers in the EU do not have to pay taxes upon delivery of their products.
Shipping Process:
All orders will be shipped via 4PX carriers from our Chinese warehouses. They will be sent to local transfer stations and then delivered by the local post office.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped, enabling you to monitor its progress.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before shipping confirmation.
Please note, changes or cancellations cannot be made for special orders or items that have already shipped. If we are unable to process your request, you can still use our Returns process.
Important Notes:
- If the address provided by the customer is incorrect, or if the package is not retrieved in time, resulting in loss or the inability to collect the package, the customer will bear the responsibility for the loss. Please contact us or the respective logistics company promptly if there are any tracking issues.
- If the courier shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the respective logistics company for verification. If the logistics company is unable to resolve your issue, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist with the lost package claim. However, please understand that there are limitations to our capabilities.
Multiple Items Order
We aim to deliver all your items at once, but sometimes products may be shipped separately due to different shipping options or processing times. You will receive a shipment notification email once each item has been dispatched.
