How to Order Custom VR Prescription Lenses
Understand Your Prescription
First, you’ll need to provide your regular glasses prescription. Here’s a quick guide to help you understand the key terms:
- SPH (Sphere): Indicates the degree of nearsightedness (negative values - ) or farsightedness (positive values + ).
- CYL (Cylinder): Measures the amount of astigmatism.
- AXI (Axis): Specifies the direction of your astigmatism (a number between 0 and 180).
Important Note: Our lenses are single-vision lenses, specifically designed for distance viewing in VR. We are unable to accommodate ADD prescriptions (for reading glasses). We can only create lenses based on your regular prescription for distance vision. However, rest assured, our single-vision lenses will not affect your visual experience in VR.
